Frequently asked questions
Do I have to replace my website?
No. You get your own page with us, and the registration form can go into your existing site with a small snippet of code. That site stays as it is.
Does it work at the counter too?
Yes. Staff create shipments for customers who come by or call, with the same waybill, labels and messages. Known customers are recognised by their e-mail address.
What does your customer notice of this?
They see your name, your logo and your colours, not ours. At the destination the agency receives the manifest, scans on arrival, and the recipient is notified with the collection point. Customs charges stay local; handling charges can be paid by the sender in advance in the Netherlands.
How quickly can I start?
Your page is up within a day. You enter rates, closings and locations in the dashboard, and we set up your house style.
Is an app coming?
