How it works

From registration to receipt, in one place

CargoLinq is built around three parties: the parcel service, the sender and the recipient. Everyone sees exactly what matters to them.

1. The parcel service gets its own environment

After signing up, the parcel service receives its own page in its own house style: logo, colours, texts and photo. That page lives at our address or on their own website, through a snippet of code that fits any site. Rates, surcharges and closing dates are managed from the dashboard.

2. The sender registers

The sender calculates the price, fills in the digital waybill and immediately receives a shipment number. The waybill arrives as a PDF by e-mail, ready to print and put with the parcel. An account is not required, but anyone who signs in sees all their own shipments together.

3. The recipient is kept informed

As soon as a shipment is registered, the recipient is notified. And again at every step along the way. Once the parcel has arrived, the recipient confirms it with one click and the sender knows all went well.

4. The team works in the dashboard

Staff see new registrations, update statuses, adjust prices for surcharges, keep track of payments and find every customer in the customer file. Labels with a QR code are scanned with a phone, including by drop-off points and agencies with their own sign-in. Every status update goes automatically to the sender and the recipient.

5. Manifests and automatic tracking

For each closing, the parcel service creates a manifest with all shipments leaving together. The manifest goes as a PDF and a CSV to the shipper and the agency. Departed, arrived, released by customs and at the agency are set for the whole manifest in one go. After the closing, everything moves to in transit by itself with an expected arrival, and recipients who leave a parcel uncollected are reminded automatically.
