For senders and recipients
Your shipment, in view from start to finish
Are you sending a parcel through a parcel service that works with CargoLinq, or expecting one? This is how it works for you.
As a sender
- Calculate the price on your parcel service's page and register the shipment.
- You immediately receive a shipment number and the waybill as a PDF by e-mail. Print it and put it with the parcel.
- Track the shipment with that number, or sign in with a code sent by e-mail and see all your shipments together.
- You are notified at every step, and as soon as the recipient has confirmed the parcel.
As a recipient
- As soon as someone registers a shipment to you, you receive an e-mail with the shipment number.
- Track the shipment without an account, or sign in with a code sent by e-mail. No password is needed.
- Parcel in hand? Confirm receipt with one click. The sender is notified straight away.
Log in
You sign in on your parcel service's page, or through the general sign-in page. Use the e-mail address the shipment was registered with, or the one you received the message on.
Questions about a shipment?
Contact the parcel service itself. You will find them at the bottom of their page and in every e-mail you receive from them. CargoLinq supplies the platform and does not handle the parcels.
